M.E. in Power Systems
With rapid industrial development in the country and world, there is the need of explosive growth in Power Sector as Electrical Power is one of the fundamental and essential requirements. Today, the demand of power is not only the key issue but power with top most reliability and quality is the highly desirable factor for the development. The power sector is seeking highly skilled, efficient, competent and dedicated Power Engineers. In this present era of industrialization, the scope and opportunities of Power Engineers are endless.
To fulfill the demand of quality Power Engineers, Department of Electrical Engineering, G H Patel College of Engineering & Technology has started the Post Graduate program (M.E.) in Power Systems from the academic year 2013-14. The aim of starting this program is to prepare the highly qualified and responsible Post Graduates in Power Systems that can fulfill the need of the society. The objective of the course is to transmit the integrated and advanced knowledge of Power System Engineering to the Electrical Engineers. The course will be proved the excellent base for those whose desire is to build their career in Power Sector.
